- Do not take any photos or videos of other children besides your own
- Always wear your Parent School ID / Lanyard while on campus
- Please enter the campus through the designated access point via the front desk

Reminder to Parents
Please remember to bring any issues of concern regarding your children to teachers or to members of the school administration. We are diligent in following up on any complaints or notifications, in order to ensure that situations are taken care of expeditiously. We strongly discourage parents from communicating with other parents or children that are not their own regarding issues or incidents that arise. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our community warm and welcoming for all.
Middle School Independent Arts, Music, & Sports Initiative
Dear Parents and BISB Community,
We are very pleased to announce that beginning shortly after pre-comps, BASIS Bangkok will begin the IAMS (Independent Arts Music Sports) initiative. Up to three days a week, students will be able to use their afternoon Academic Enrichment period to autonomously pursue their interests in Art, Music, Dance, Drama or Sports. They may work individually or in small groups towards a goal of their choosing.
Examples of this may include:
- Forming a band
- A dance troupe
- Individually practicing and producing art and multimedia
- Extra practice for a school sports team
Students can also choose to work towards a bigger goal, such as participation in the upcoming talent show BISB’s Got Talent. They may also begin to accumulate material for an Arts or Music portfolio which will help them when applying for universities in the future.
Most importantly, we want to provide the students with more time to enjoy the things they love, and this is part of larger ongoing commitment to put the wellbeing and happiness of our student population at the forefront of our concern as a school.
We hope that parents will encourage their children to sign up, and look forward to providing more information about IAMS very soon.
Sincerely,
Mr. Andrew Taylor
Dean of Upper School
Message from Mr. Ivan, Director of Auxillary Programs
Dear Tusker Families,
U13 Football BISB v Brighton College Bangkok (BCB)
On a wonderful sunny morning, The Tuskers welcomed BCB U13 boys & girls’ teams to play 2 friendly football matches.
After the Meet & Greet, the teams warmed up, with the girls from both schools combining to form a joint training session, led by both coaches. This allowed all of the girls to relax ahead of the match. Meanwhile, the boys warmed up in their own teams in preparation for the match, rehearsing plays and routines.
Both matches were played in fantastic spirit, with all of the children having a lot of fun and ending the day very happy.
Well done to everyone who took part and represented our school with pride and passion!
Please take time to look at the photos by following the link below: U13 Football v BCB Photos
If your son or daughter is interested in representing our school at Football, basketball or Swimming, please email me:
I am currently busy planning fixtures in multiple sports, for both Boys & Girls’ teams at every age grade. This is preparation for entry in to a sports’ conference and essential that we are ready to compete against other schools.
Please read the newsletters for updates!
Yours sincerely,
Mr. Ivan Rock

We have asked the students from the impacted class to wear their masks while indoors, and they will be temperature screened three times a day by our school nurse. Should your family have any encounters with influenza A – please do let us know and we will advise you accordingly of the school protocols that you will need to undertake. Thank you.
