Message from the Head of School
Thanksgiving Break - No School November 24th & 25th
There is no school next Thursday (November 24) and Friday (November 25). Enjoy the break! Additionally, on Wednesday November 23rd, our students and staff will enjoy a very special Thanksgiving lunch.
Trimester 1 Awards Ceremonies - Thursday, December 1
Mark your calendars! Our Trimester 1 Awards ceremonies for the primary and middle school grades will take place on Thursday, December 1st. More information will be shared in due course, so keep your eye out for those emails!
Christmas Season Concerts
Dear Parents,
The Christmas season is upon us, and we invite you to come and watch our children's winter performances.
Each class will perform in the Black Box at the date and time indicated in the poster for that grade. Hence, please do look carefully and make a note of the details on the poster for your babe's class! Please find the below the posters with details.
Please note: The teachers will be instructing the students on what to wear for the performance days - this will arrive in a separate email. Kindly pack either these clothes for your child to change into on the relevant day or make sure they come to school in the required outfit. To help with vocal projection and breathing technique while on the stage, students are required not to wear a mask for the performance.
We would be overjoyed to see you at the relevant performance!
Kind Regards,
Mr. Jason and Ms. Olivia

World Cup or Team Color Jersey Day
Wear Your World Cup Team's Jersey or Colours Jersey Day - Monday 21st November - Primary and Secondary
Sunday 20th marks the start of the 2022 FIFA Football World Cup (Come on USA 😉). To get in to the spirit, we are having a BISB "Wear Your World Cup Jersey/Colors Day". We would love to see as many colors around the school as we can and although Thailand is sadly not in this one, we all have a second team we secretly love or can find a team to follow for this year! Who will your team be?
Early Years Outdoor Library Project
Many early years students have been asking to bring books to the playground to read and we are listening to their request. We would like to fuel their love of reading and promote a rich literacy culture by providing an outdoor cozy reading corner with large selection of books students can enjoy. Do you have children's books at home your child has outgrown or has lost interest in?
Ms Janelle, heading this project, is accepting children's books in any language for our EY outdoor library. Please donate all books to your child's LET or lead teacher and they will give them to Ms. Janelle.
Upcoming Field Trips - November
- 21st November – Kinder classes to Sea Life Bangkok
- 30th November – Grade 3 classes to Get Growing Farm
- 2nd December – PK2 to Woodnote
- 2nd December – Grade 1 Pa Jeep Farm
