Message from the Head of School

- School staff will notify which club is ready for collection
- For Early Years, ECA Dismissal is at 16.00 hrs
- For Grade 1-8, ECA Dismissal is at 16.45 – 17.00 hrs, depending on the club

Additionally, PK1 and PK2 students who enroll in ECAs are expected to stay for naptime. For students who did not previously nap but will stay for ECAs, we do expect there to be a transition time for the students to adjust to the naptime routine.

Note from the Librarian
Hello parents!
I am so excited that our amazing parents would like to have access to the library! In response, we will be offering library hours for parents two days during the school week commencing from the week starting October 3rd.
For morning hours, parents may access the library from 7:15 – 7:55 a.m. every Wednesday.
For afternoon hours, parents can access the library from 3.05 – 4:30 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday
I will be in the library and invite parents to checkout two books during their visit and return them within two weeks, I only ask that you please wear your ID badge to make the checkout process easier. I also kindly request that parents abide by the following library rules:
Library Rules:
- Wear your school ID badge at all times.
- Please supervise your child/ren at all times.
- No food or drink in the library space – water is allowed outside space of library area
- Please wear a mask and maintain social distancing.
- Be mindful of time restrictions as the library space is often used for morning classes.
- Return library books within two weeks to avoid replacement fees.
As Librarian, my first priority is for our students to use and access the library space. Therefore, it is important to have designated days for students to use the library outside of school hours, without parents in the space.
If you have any questions, or concerns, do not hesitate to email me within working hours at e.wigren@basis.ac.th
Thank you,
Ms. Erika, BISB Librarian
