Our Week in Pictures!
Message from the Head of School
Dear Families!
ECAs commenced this week – and appeared to go well! The first week is invariably the most challenging – so well done to everybody involved!
I kindly ask that we consider that Student Hours take precedent over ECAs. Lovely that we have a variety of sporty things for children – but, maintenance of high academic standards is the priority in all BASIS schools!
Grade 6 and 7 parents – please be aware that you are invited to a coffee morning commencing at 0815 on Tuesday of next week - March 8th! We arranged for a child psychologist to come and chat about adolescence and parenting young teens!
Please be aware that the most influential factor in children’s success is PARENTS! Please do check children’s CJs; underpin subtly that education and school are hugely important matters; try to read a bedtime book with younger children. You mummies and daddies are by far and away the greatest arbiters in children’s academic success!
One of our families – one of us… bravely deals with a babe who perpetually requires medical procedures to combat a serious medical condition. I am taken aback at the stoicism of our babe who makes no mention of the procedures they regularly endure. In consequence, I wanted to make you aware of the STEM CELLS MIRACLE RUN on 12/13th March 2022 in Koh Chang – and our opportunity to make a contribution to the RAMATHIBODI FOUNDATION, that undertakes research into combatting Leukemia, Thalassemia, Aplastic Anemia and more amongst children… Donations may be made via the following – and are tax deductible:
BANGKOK BANK 0903500155
KASIKORN BANK 8792004483
SIAM COMMERCIAL BANK 0263052163
Regards,
Alan

Re-Enrollment for the 2022-2023 Academic Year
It's time for enrollment for the 2022-2023 academic year! Re-enrollment forms can be found at this link, and are due back on Friday 25th March 2022. Invoices will be sent home beginning on Friday, 1st April and payment of the deposit is due by Friday, 29th April. The deposit will be applied to the first semester's tuition fees.
If you pre-paid 2022-2023 tuition fees, you will NOT need to submit the form. Please be sure to submit your Re-Enrollment online, as we are unable to hold a space for your child without it, and we look forward to your return!
New Dismissal Time for Early Years ECAs
As we have started the first week of ECAs for our little ones, we realize that younger students take a longer time to travel from their activity to the pickup area. As a result, we are changing the pickup time for Early Years ECAs Only to 3:45 PM beginning next week. We hope this will help avoid a traffic backup as the older grades are dismissing. Thank you for your cooperation!
